Jessica is also Registered Nurse in ICU at Memorial Hospital. She is a wife to husband, Michael, whom they have two girls, Scarlett and Rose. Her background is dance, strength training, competing in marathons and duathlons. Her fun, upbeat training incorporates circuit training, weight training, and improving daily activities for both the younger and older populations. Jessica is passionate about educating and guiding others on their fitness journey. ⏳ 5-Minute Warm-Up Routine

1️⃣ “Second Line Step Touch” (1 min) – Side step with a clap, like you’re dancing in a Mardi Gras parade! 🎺🕺
2️⃣ “Bead Reach & Pull” Arm Circles (30 sec forward, 30 sec backward) – Loosen up those shoulders for all the throws! 🔄💪
3️⃣ “King Cake Twist” Torso Rotations (1 min) – Engage the core and wake up the spine! 🍰🔥

🌞 Warm-Up (5-10 mins)
• Jumping jacks x 30 sec 🏃‍♂️
• Arm circles (forward & backward) x 15 each 💥
• Hip circles x 10 each way 🔄
• Bodyweight squats x 15 🏋️‍♀️
• Inch worms with a push-up x 10 🐛

🔥 Weekend Workout Circuit (3 Rounds)

1️⃣ 15 Air squats 🏃‍♀️
2️⃣ 12 Push-ups 💪
3️⃣ 20 Walking lunges (10 each leg) 🚶‍♂️
4️⃣ 15 Dumbbell shoulder presses 🏋️
5️⃣ 30-sec mountain climbers ⛰️
6️⃣ 20 Russian twists (with or without weight) 🔥

Rest for 1 minute between rounds.

🧘 Cool Down & Mobility (5-10 mins)
• Forward fold (hamstring stretch) x 30 sec each side 🙆
