Fitness Fun schedule for opening week!!! Let's go week 1!

Monday- 8:45 FB live (video to be posted to my 2 pages and my YouTube channel (search Linda Buford (Cycology Fitness))
SHOULDERS/TRAPS/TRI/SQUATS

Tuesday- BACK/BICEPS/LUNGES

Wednesday- CHEST/GLUTES/Ab CIRCUIT

Thursday- Thanksgiving
Friday- shopping 😁

Saturday- I'm entertaining the thought of doing a complete body workout with a mini KickFit on location- thinking OS beach area (not sure yet! Would anyone be interested in
joining me at like 9am Saturday morning??

FAQ- can people come and join me and be in video? YES! Of course and then you can go walk with me too!!
FAQ- What equipment will I need!? Body bar and handweights- will be adding Kettlebells in the future
FAQ- How advanced is this? Not at all - a LOT of us are starting at the beginning AGAIN! πŸ’ͺ🏻😬
FAQ- Are there any fees?! Not at first - maybe tips?! Shares and likes and views will actually help me more!
FAQ- Will there be a Get Fit in January? I'm HOPING SO! Let's see what feedback we get from the videos
FAQ- Why am I doing this now and why the shorter workouts!? I have certainly learned by working even part time (30 or so hours per week) that YES- some people really ARE to busy to squeeze in a workout much less make it to a gym! I'm intending that this program - followed correctly- will enable y'all to get it done in a structured way meant to prioritize strength and just feel stronger and healthier and for me especially- a much improved mental health state!!

The 20-25 min Workouts will include warm up (dance and rhythmic stretching) strength work and cool down with short prayer πŸ™πŸΌπŸ₯°

Yes, dance videos are on my plan to do also! Very simple, very fun, easy to follow choreography!! Look for those soon- I may just release songs as singles and you can piece together your favorite routines!

Hi! Going to start some live workouts starting next Monday Nov 25th- yes I know - Thanksgiving week- but I will be live Mon- Friday at 8:45am every morning for a 20-25 min strength workout with a dance warm up and a good cool down! Ab workouts every other day and more!! Be on the lookout for more info coming soon!

These workouts will be also posted to this page and my YouTube page so you'll always have access to them- they will need to be done in a certain order but I will explain that later!

Fitness made EASY AND FUN!! Couple that with a 30 min walk daily or even 4-5 times a week for optimum strength and wellness! πŸ’ͺ🏻

Dance classes coming soon to a place in East OS area- once a week! More info coming! Get excited! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈ

Let's get ready for summer together! This is the weight loss competition with the most proven results! Start with a comprehensive weigh-in and complete body analysis and personalized plan to work with YOUR schedule! Work alone with me OR be put in a group where teamwork can provide additional support! Text me for more information and location details! I have all the equipment you will need (up to first 20 contestants) and you will be able to take with you and return at end of competition! (Body bars/ hand weights and such)

Getting a group together at a friends residence in N. biloxi off Hwy 67 near Shriners! We are starting with one night a week (either Monday or Wednesday eve at 6p- and just $5 per person!
I also want to do a traveling boot camp on Saturday mornings 8:30 am! At all our usual places! Also will def be doing a small 8 week weight loss contest!!

We just put my beloved Gretchen Estep to rest. It’s time now to focus on getting my health back! πŸ₯°πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏻
