Fitness Fun schedule for opening week!!! Let's go week 1!
Monday- 8:45 FB live (video to be posted to my 2 pages and my YouTube channel (search Linda Buford (Cycology Fitness))
SHOULDERS/TRAPS/TRI/SQUATS
Tuesday- BACK/BICEPS/LUNGES
Wednesday- CHEST/GLUTES/Ab CIRCUIT
Thursday- Thanksgiving
Friday- shopping π
Saturday- I'm entertaining the thought of doing a complete body workout with a mini KickFit on location- thinking OS beach area (not sure yet! Would anyone be interested in
joining me at like 9am Saturday morning??
FAQ- can people come and join me and be in video? YES! Of course and then you can go walk with me too!!
FAQ- What equipment will I need!? Body bar and handweights- will be adding Kettlebells in the future
FAQ- How advanced is this? Not at all - a LOT of us are starting at the beginning AGAIN! πͺπ»π¬
FAQ- Are there any fees?! Not at first - maybe tips?! Shares and likes and views will actually help me more!
FAQ- Will there be a Get Fit in January? I'm HOPING SO! Let's see what feedback we get from the videos
FAQ- Why am I doing this now and why the shorter workouts!? I have certainly learned by working even part time (30 or so hours per week) that YES- some people really ARE to busy to squeeze in a workout much less make it to a gym! I'm intending that this program - followed correctly- will enable y'all to get it done in a structured way meant to prioritize strength and just feel stronger and healthier and for me especially- a much improved mental health state!!
The 20-25 min Workouts will include warm up (dance and rhythmic stretching) strength work and cool down with short prayer ππΌπ₯°
Yes, dance videos are on my plan to do also! Very simple, very fun, easy to follow choreography!! Look for those soon- I may just release songs as singles and you can piece together your favorite routines!
