Hi BodyCircuit Community,

After gathering feedback, exploring opportunities, and thinking about what’s best for our community and the business, I’m excited to share some news…

We will be continuing our fitness journey at in Ocean Springs (to the right of Rouse’s on Ocean Springs Rd.) —where I’ll have a dedicated space for private personal training.

This move ensures that the one-on-one training you’ve come to expect from me will continue seamlessly in a great environment.

Seven P is led by Kelly Pilger and her outstanding team of instructors who offer a wide range of classes, from group fitness to yoga, Zumba, and more. What excites me most about this decision is that Kelly and I share the same core values, and that alignment makes this partnership a natural fit for what’s ahead.

Here’s what to expect:

Private Training: I’ll continue coaching in a dedicated space within Seven P. The exact date of the new space being operational is expected to be the first week of November.

Shape Scale: The Shape Scale will come with me for ongoing 3D body scans.

Nutrition & Performance Coaching Meetings: If you’d like to meet with me in-person, we can arrange those meetings at our new dedicated space.

Recovery Studio: Recovery services (massage chairs, red light therapy, metabolic testing, etc.) will be phased out, with the last day tentatively set for October 24th.

If you’re a local coaching client or ‘recovery unlimited’ member, I’ll send you a separate follow-up with details on your options to make the transition smooth.

At the same time, I’m doubling down on growing our online coaching community, sharing more content, tools, and support to help as many people as possible take control of their health and fitness.

Starting June 28, BodyCircuit pricing will be updated.

When we first opened BodyCircuit, we launched with introductory pricing as a thank-you for early members willing to grow with us. Six months later, we’re incredibly grateful to have built a thriving, committed wellness community. 🙏

At the end of Friday, June 27, we will be raising prices across all memberships and services to better reflect our value and bring us closer to current market rates.

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ If you’re an existing member — you’re locked in. Your current pricing will be grandfathered as long as your membership remains active. No changes, no worries.

✅ If you’ve already purchased session packs — you’re covered. All pre-purchased packs will be honored in full.

⏳ If you have friends or family who have been meaning to join, now’s the time. They have until June 27 to lock in our original pricing before the new rates go into effect.

It’s the final week before we head into the summer season!

We will be closed on Memorial Day, but are planning to be open for additional hours this Saturday.

+ Fri (May 23): 8am - 5pm
+ Sat (May 24): 8am - 1pm **
+ Sun (May 25): CLOSED
+ Mon (May 26): CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY
+ Tue (May 27): 8am - 5pm

** Note re. Saturdays: We’ve been typically open from just 8am - 10am, but we realize it’s a popular day to visit our recovery studio.

As such, we’re exploring permanently expanding the hours on Saturdays, and perhaps adding some hired help to cover the later hours. We’re also considering having 1 weekday where we’re open later till around 8pm.
