Vitamin D deficiency is entirely related to our whole-body health. Depressed mood, anxiety, low motivation, sleep quality, calcium absorption, and hormone regulation and many more are all impacted by whether we have adequate Vitamin D levels.

As the days become shorter and we move into the cooler months, now is an important time to make sure you are maintaining healthy levels.

“Normal levels” on lab work are often still much lower than OPTIMAL levels. Know your levels and aim for the HIGHER end of “normal” (over 50ng/ml)!
