Hey friends — it’s been way too long! You haven’t seen my face or heard much from me, and I’ve got a few exciting updates to share if you’ve got a moment. 💛

✨ Kinetric Wellness has been going through some major shifts over the years, and we’re beyond grateful for everyone who’s stuck with us through the ride. If you’ve been keeping up with our emails, you already know the scoop — but for the rest of you, here’s what’s new:

🚫 We’re no longer at The Zen Den and don’t have plans to return. That said, it’s still an amazing space offering incredible healing work like acupuncture, hypnotherapy and more! We absolutely love the team and encourage you to continue supporting their incredible work!

🏡 As for us, we’re now offering in-home massage sessions at no extra cost! That’s right — you can enjoy your massage in the comfort of your own space, and stay blissfully relaxed afterward without having to drive home. Yes please!

✨ And yes — Ajah is back! For now, she’s only available on Saturdays, so book ahead!

✌🏽 Prefer your peace away from home? We’ve got you covered. We’re also practicing part-time at in Oakhurst, a beautiful little escape for your self-care.

🌹 A very Happy Mother’s Day to all you mammas out there! Our world doesn’t give y’all enough credit but we know you and we see you.

To all the moms, mom step-ins, mom to be, and to the moms walking around with heartbreak from loss, we are sending all the love your way today and every day 🫶🏽

And I know this is an unpopular opinion but, as a dog 🐶 mom myself, we just don’t count today. Let’s let the caretakers of little humans that are shaping an entire future take this day 😉

Participants gave up their bed for the night and slept outdoors to gain perspective, raise money and awareness for this important organization.

This year I’m doing it again with the team from on March 1st 2024!
