Week 2 Flow & Emotional Release 🪷This week, we’ll invite the body into gentle, continuous movement to help unlock emotional tension and support energetic release. Using a flowing sequence of yin postures paired with mindful breathwork, we’ll create space to feel, process, and let emotions move through the body without judgment. This session encourages fluidity through stillness—physically and emotionally—so you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

It’s funny yet true these little 🫐 berries used to completely gross me out! Everything about them was a hard no for me. Then some years back more and more studies revealed how amazing this little gems were to consume to better our health and wellness. I gave it a real go and now I can stop eating them every single day! Lets take a little look into why they’re so damn good for us!!

Blueberries have a delicious taste and are so enticing that they have paved their way to our everyday lives. Served up in sweet dessert dishes, beverages or salads, blueberries can take your indulgent experience to the next level. But what happens if you eat blueberries daily? According to a few studies, a small bowl of blueberries can help in boosting immunity and can reduce the risk of diabetes, obesity and heart diseases. It has also been observed that a daily intake of blueberries in a controlled portion can help in reducing hypertension, inflammation, high cholesterol, glucose intolerance and insulin resistance. They can help in strengthening the metabolism and prevent any kind of metabolic syndrome and deficiency. A small portion of berries daily according to a research, over a period of 5 to 6 weeks, remarkably improved the metabolism of individuals dealing with slow metabolic symptoms. Well what do you know “chickpeas” AKA garbanzo beans are quite the little super amazing food that not only taste good but are extremely versitle! You can purchase them canned, dry or in a flour format. They can be used in salads, on sandwiches, for homemade hummus, pasta alternatives, dips, baked goods and more!
Chickpeas contain both starches and proteins and are a great source of fiber! They are better for you than other starchy veggies like potatoes, because they have a lower glycemic index.

Although chickpeas are not necessarily low calorie, they are a good source of both fiber and protein. They may help you loose weight because they will make you feel full and satiated, which could help you eat less later! Putting these in your diet more often may help you feel better too with all of the other health benefits. They are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, additionally offering a variety of health benefits, such as aiding in weight management, improving digestion, and possibily reducing your risk of disease.

I found my self buying the precut expensive packages because I never seemed to choose the proper mango for its ripeness. Here’s what you do instead; give your mango a gentle squeeze to determine its ripeness, if it gives slightly, you’ve found your perfect mango match! It definitely beats going by looks as those selections most often never work out. Trying to figure out how to cut it was also a challenge. Using a potato peeler works like a charm. Being health conscious requires us to be familiar with foods that are health -promoting! What’s better than spinach?
