This National Walking Day, we encourage you to take just 10 minutes to get moving. Whether it’s on your lunch break, on a treadmill, or a quick stroll around your neighborhood, every step counts!

And we’re kicking things off today… it’s the first day of our annual Miles for Paws challenge 🐾 Seaview staff will be tracking miles walked while competing to raise money for the Monmouth County SPCA. Follow along as we log miles and support a great cause!
