Ocean Vayu yoga opened its doors early Spring 2016 with an extensive list of class offerings to appeal to all Yoga enthusiasts as well as those new to Yoga. Some classes we will offer include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mysore, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Mens, Prenatal, Chair and Yoga 101. We plan to have a beautiful retail section supplying all your favorite Yoga gear from mats to sweat towels to straps and your favorite yoga garb! We could not be any more excited to bring to Ocean View our combined passion for this amazing life transformational activity. It changed our lives, watch it change yours!

Ready to take your Yoga and Tai Chi practice outdoors, but prefer to skip the sand and grass? We’ve got the perfect spot for you.

We’re partnering with the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce to bring you Gentle Flow Yoga and Beginner Tai Chi classes every week—Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30am. Classes will be held on the Chamber’s beautiful deck (overlooking the ocean and dunes) in Fenwick Island .
Start your day with mindful movement and the soothing sound of the waves, all in a serene, elevated setting.
Yoga (Gentle Flow) – Mondays, 7:30am
Tai Chi (Beginner-friendly) – Thursdays, 7:30am
$15 per class (Cash or Venmo accepted on-site)

Experience the joy of kirtan with members of the SoDel Bhakti House—an uplifting evening of call-and-response chanting that blends ancient Sanskrit mantras with live music. No experience needed—just bring your voice and an open heart! Rooted in the bhakti yoga tradition, this gathering is open to all who wish to connect through sacred sound.

There’s something special about starting the day outside—with your feet in the sand, the ocean in front of you, and space to move and breathe.

We’ll meet on the beach at Central Blvd, Bethany Beach for a gentle, all-levels flow. No need to be flexible or experienced—just come as you are.

$15 per class | Begins Memorial Day Weekend
