Yoga & Pilates with Lori Oakley starts Monday evenings 6-7pm January 5th
Find your center, feel your strength. This all-levels class blends the core-strengthening principles of pilates with the mindful, gentle movement of yoga, while connecting with the breath throughout. Focusing on improving posture and building strength in the core and pelvic floor: the muscles that support balance, stability, and everyday ease. This class is designed to leave you feeling centered, strengthened, lengthened, and relaxed. Available on zoom as well.
