Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a nourishing, heart-centered yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and open to love—whether for yourself, others, or simply the present moment 💗
This special class unfolds like a three-course experience: a mindful arrival and intention-setting, a gentle heart-opening flow, and deeply restorative postures accompanied by crystal singing bowls and chimes. Reiki energy healing and a light misting of a custom-blended spray support deep relaxation and integration, with a take-home blend to extend the calm long after you leave the mat.
Can’t join us in person? This class is also offered on Zoom via the Gentle Flow link. (Sound healing doesn’t transmit clearly online, so feel free to play your own calming music.) Your take-home spray will be saved for pickup when you return to the studio ✨

New Moon Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Settle into the quiet magic of the New Moon with a deeply nourishing yin yoga and sound healing experience. Yin yoga will be lovingly led by Sarah Schaber, with sound healing by Tammy of Sounds of Healing. Crystal bowls, gentle vibrations, and winter’s calm energy will guide you inward.
We’ll slow way down—releasing what no longer serves, restoring tired nervous systems, and creating space for fresh intentions to take root. Think cozy stillness, deep exhale, and soulful reset. 🌑✨

Yoga & Pilates with Lori Oakley starts Monday evenings 6-7pm January 5th

Find your center, feel your strength. This all-levels class blends the core-strengthening principles of pilates with the mindful, gentle movement of yoga, while connecting with the breath throughout. Focusing on improving posture and building strength in the core and pelvic floor: the muscles that support balance, stability, and everyday ease. This class is designed to leave you feeling centered, strengthened, lengthened, and relaxed. Available on zoom as well.
