July’s Monthly Member Love: ✨ Kundalini ✨

Kundalini yoga, an ancient yoga technique, awakens energy through KRIYAS. Kriyas are specific sequences of postures, breathwork, locks, chanting, and visualization. This class is focused on kriyas that support embodiment and emotional transformation.

〰️ $40 for drop in experience

Class will take place on Saturday, July 13th from 11-12:15 PM taught by .furtado 🫶🏼 This class is kept comfortably around 70-75°.
