I will be teaching an All Levels Yoga class this week at the Ocean View Community Center, John West Park, in Ocean View. The address is 32 West Ave., Ocean View, DE 19970. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:00 AM and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 PM. The cost is $10, payable in cash or via Venmo.

Rain or Shine Yoga sessions will be held at John West Park in Ocean View every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:00-9:00 AM. In the event of rain, we will move to the "Yellow" Community Building within the park, with entry through the front door. The session costs $10, and payment can be made by cash or Venmo.
