With 12 years of experience and a master’s certification from the American Sports & Fitness Association, Lacey specializes in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and creating customized programs that help you feel strong, confident, and motivated—both physically and mentally. She’s passionate about making fitness a positive, empowering outlet and helping every client reach their full potential in a supportive environment.
