MOVE FOR PEACE ☮️
After more than 2,300 miles and over 100 days of walking, the monks who began their journey for peace in Texas have arrived in Washington, D.C.
Their walk may be reaching its physical destination, but their message feels clear: block out the noise, move with intention, and find peace in the body.
And maybe most importantly—peace doesn’t end when the journey does. It continues through us, in us, and within us, carried forward one step at a time.
Inspired by their devotion, we’re inviting our community to gather for a quiet walk — not as a protest, not as a statement — but as a practice. A moment to slow down. To breathe. To remember our shared humanity.
This is movement beyond the mat. Presence beyond the studio. One step at a time, together.
If it feels right, we invite you to wear a shade of orange — a color shared by the monks and one we associate with movement, vitality, and life force. Totally optional.
