One week till Pilates on the Beach 🏝️ starts!

Drop in or sign up on the MINDBODY app. Bring cash or Venmo. Bring a towel or a blanket and some water, beginners or gurus are always welcome.

May 29 kicks off the 17th season of Pilates on the beach classes in downtown Bethany Beach. We will be straight out from the clock tower, in front of Mango‘s restaurant.

$15 for class!!! We’ll see you on the beach!

SUMMER WORKSHOPS & EVENTS!

We’re all ready for summer with our workshops! You can sign up online or just reach out to Kelly and let her know you’re coming.

We’re offering a biohacking Q &A, all things health with Kelly in June. Two somatic Pilates workshops. I believe this is gonna be the next big thing in the Pilates world. I’ve been studying it for the last two years and can’t wait to share all the techniques and exercises with you! We are also offering posture assessments and pelvic floor sessions, those are offered in a private one on one or in a small group session, booked through the studio with Kelly as well. And then we’re having a ladies night happy hour and celebrating women in business with a local vendors market in August. So make sure to check out all the things! Can you believe next weekend is Memorial Day weekend and it officially kicks off the summer season!!!

That means new classes and advanced classes are coming back!!! Advanced Reformer, Springboard 2, Springboard 1.5 with Mat work, Combo classes and more kick off next Thursday!!

Remember we’re not like the other studios in the area, we only have 3 reformers, chairs and smaller mat spaces. More intimate and personal classes focused on alignment and functional movement so don’t wait to book your spots for classes! Jump on the Mindbody app to see what’s available!

We are loving this summer weather that has shown up this week!!

So we thought it was the perfect time to check in about beach classes!!

They’re back next month! Beach classes in Bethany will kick off May 29th at 8:00 am so mark your calendars!
