We are a full Pilates studio, offering private Pilates reformer sessions, duets, Pilates mat, Springboard, and yoga classes. Beach Pilates and Wellness also offers Pre and Postnatal, Rehabilitation, Pilates for Golfers and Pilates for Osteoporosis and Back Pain. We also offer holistic wellness services including nutrition counseling, private chef and cooking classes, raw food demonstrations, wellness lectures, seminars, and events, essential oils educating, green thumb consultations, school gardens, grocery store tours, pantry clean outs, and much more. Christmas is only 16 days away!! Are you ready??

Think about your health and wellness and all your goals for the New Year. What’s on your list…. Peace, rest, movement, better eating habits, try something new?

The studio tends to slow down a bit more this time of year, but classes are running weekly. Privates always. With the holiday coming up check the Mindbody app for updated class schedules. Laurie is working extra days over Christmas break into New Years, so make sure to check those extra days when we usually don’t have classes.

Laurie spent her day yesterday teaching a “Pilates for Golfers” clinic at . She had an amazing turn out and everyone loved their session!

We host clinics like this for groups and individuals, as well as corporate events and workshops through out the year.

Capturing some of the final beach classes of the amazing Summer of 25’ season!!

August has been gorgeous with the weather! This week was perfect out there! High 60’s and low 70’s! 20 more beautiful faces showed up today! Mini-Mes woke up early to come get some fresh air and movement. Some of my favorite people came out to take class with me. Wish I grabbed more pictures while I had everyone!!

1 more week to go for classes. Laurie is out Tuesday and Wednesday and Debby is adding Friday for us too!! See ya out on the mat!!

Due to the waves up to the dunes. No beach class again unfortunately. Beach is closed. Lifeguards say probably closed tomorrow again. See ya next week!
