PILATES FOR GOLFERS CLINICS!!!
You’ve been asking for them, so we’re putting them on the schedule for this fall!
For a golfer, muscle imbalances can affect the legs, hips, arms, shoulders, and the lower back. Your drives may be shorter, and less accurate, stamina may decrease, and the potential for debilitating strains injuries become higher.
Pilates keeps the body in balance and improves performance. Pilates will help build up the back muscles, evenly, elongate and align the spine, strengthen the core, increase overall flexibility, strength, and balance. Pilates enhances concentration through focused breathing, while attaining an optimal back swing and follow through with increased range of motion in the shoulders. It allows the golfer to get more distance and power, have a stronger and bigger hip turn for greater power through rotation, maximize balance and alignment, decreases fatigue, and less strain on the body so you can play without pain.
These are small group clinics, seven people is the max we can take. We will be using the Pilates equipment and some new props!!!! If you can’t make these clinics and you want more of a private, more personalized session to your golf game, just reach out to the studio and we’ll set you up!

Clinic dates : September 23rd 12:00-1:30 pm & October 9th 12:00-1:30 pm. Cost $90 a person.
