Say Goodbye To Skin Irregularities
Now booking this amazing treatment!!
What Is the Skin Classic Treatment?
The Skin Classic is a non-invasive device designed to treat minor skin irregularities. It uses high-frequency current to target blemishes on the surface of your skin.
Think of it as a specialized tool for detailed work. While lasers treat large areas, the Skin Classic treats one specific spot at a time. This precision makes it an excellent alternative to cryotherapy (freezing) or laser treatments.
Because it focuses strictly on the imperfection, it leaves the surrounding tissue healthy and untouched. It is a gentle path to a smoother texture and a more even tone.
How Does The Skin Classic Work?
Understanding the technology helps alleviate any anxiety you might have about the procedure. The science behind it is actually quite simple.
THE PROCESS OF DEHYDRATION
The device uses a process called thermolysis. I use a very fine probe that barely touches the surface of your skin irregularity. The probe transmits a high-frequency electrical current.
This current is attracted to the water found within the skin irregularity. The heat from the current dehydrates the blemish instantly.
It is important to note that the probe never pierces your skin. It remains on the surface the entire time. This ensures the experience is non-invasive and safe when performed by a trained professional.
What Common Skin Irregularities Can the Skin Classic Treat?
One of the reasons I love this technology is its versatility. It can address a wide variety of benign skin conditions that many of us deal with as we age.
If you are unsure what you are looking at in the mirror, here is a list of conditions the Skin Classic can effectively treats:
Skin Tags: These are small, soft flaps of skin that often appear in areas of friction like the neck or underarms.
Cherry Angiomas: These look like bright red moles or dots. They are actually clusters of dilated capillaries.
Milia: These are small, white bumps that often appear around the eyes or cheeks. They are trapped keratin and are very hard to extract manually.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia: This looks like a small, donut-shaped bump. It is actually an enlarged oil gland.
Broken Capillaries (Telangiectasia): These are the tiny red veins often seen around the nose and cheeks.
Fibromas: These are benign, connective tissue growths.
Sun Spots and Age Spots: These are flat, brown discolorations caused by sun exposure.
Keratoses: These can appear as raised, scaly, or waxy growths on the skin.
I will not treat any moles, warts, or supicious spots. I will do a throrough examination to determine candidacy.
The Key Benefits of Choosing the Skin Classic
There are countless treatments on the market. Why should you choose this one? Here are the benefits I see most often with my clients.
QUICK AND PRECISE
We are all busy. You likely do not have hours to spend in a treatment chair. Skin Classic treatments are incredibly fast.
Because the device targets individual spots, a treatment can take just a few minutes depending on how many irregularities we are addressing. You can easily fit this into a lunch break or between errands.
MINIMAL DOWNTIME
Invasive procedures often require days of recovery. With the Skin Classic, you can return to your daily activities immediately.
You do not need to hide away or take time off work. There is some minor healing involved, which I will cover later, but it will not stop you from living your life.
EFFECTIVE AND LASTING RESULTS
Many skincare treatments require a series of 6 to 10 visits to see a difference. With the Skin Classic, many irregularities are resolved in just one session.
Once a specific skin tag or broken capillary is treated, it is usually gone for good. Of course, new ones can appear elsewhere as we age, but the treated spot is typically resolved permanently.
SAFE FOR MOST SKIN TYPES
When performed by an expert, this treatment is safe for various skin types. It stays on the epidermis (the top layer of skin), which minimizes risk.
What to Expect: Your Skin Classic Journey
If you are considering this treatment, you probably want to know exactly what the experience feels like. Here is a step-by-step look at the process.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Everything starts with a consultation. I never perform a treatment without analyzing your skin first.
We will look closely at the areas of concern. I want to confirm that the irregularities are safe to treat. We will also discuss your health history to ensure you are a good candidate.
DURING THE TREATMENT
The treatment itself is very manageable. You do not need anesthesia. However, I can apply a topical anesthetic if you would like.
When the probe touches the skin, you will feel a sensation similar to a quick pinprick or a rubber band snap. It is a sharp, instantaneous feeling that stops the moment the probe is lifted. Most clients find it very tolerable, especially since it is so quick.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
Understanding the healing process is crucial for the best results.
Immediately after treatment, the area may look a bit red. The treated irregularity will turn into a small, dark crust or scab. This is a good sign. It means the tissue has been successfully dehydrated. **Broken Capillaries usually do not scab**
Here are the golden rules for healing:
Do Not Pick: You must allow the crust to fall off naturally. This usually takes 7 to 10 days. Picking at it can cause scarring or infection.
Keep it Clean: Use a gentle cleanser and avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Protect Your Skin: You must wear SPF on the treated areas. New skin is sensitive to UV rays.
Avoid Irritants: Skip the retinol, acids, or harsh exfoliants until you are fully healed.
You do not have to live with skin tags, red spots, or broken capillaries that make you feel self-conscious. The Skin Classic offers a straightforward, effective solution to restore your skin's smooth texture and even tone.
