So I stopped snacking and eating after 6pm and held off eating before 12pm each day, but I was starving!!! Then I started the weekly injections...no more cravings or hunger! In 3 weeks I went from 162 to 146 pounds! I will continue this program until I reach my goal of 120 pounds, then I will switch to a monthly maintenance dose. It took me a long time to come to a decision to start on this injection therapy with fasting 18/6. Wish me luck!

I have more than 30 years as a Registered Nurse, I have worked everywhere except Labor and Delivery, just recently put in another 2 years on the Medical Surgical Unit and this month I am going back to the PACU. I try to move around every couple years to keep my skills up and my nursing career "Spicy". What area are you working in currently?

I went into my teenage daughter's room to look for the nail clippers and found her wish list still on her desk...I wished I had found it earlier, like last month because it only had two items written down.
