Please join me on a 21 day meditation beginning next week on 8/22/21.

On August 22nd, a group of us will be meditating online daily with spiritual oils (The Divine Destiny collection) ffor 21 days. It will include live meditations & crystal bowls healings, as well as daily affirmation texts. We will be connecting deeply on a spiritual level using these oils that have been infused with love and intention.

We are calling it the Divine Destiny Meditation Experience.

Emotional Release With Essential Oils
"Have you ever had a certain smell bring you back to a childhood memory? Our sense of smell accesses the limbic system of the brain which is referred to as "the seat of our emotions."
Sesquiterpines, found in high levels in essential oils such as Cedarwood (95%) and Sandalwood (83%) help to increase oxygen in the limbic brain which "unlocks" the DNA and allows for emotions to be released from cellular memory. Research has shown that sesquiterpines have the ability to surpass the blood-brain barrier.

Regular aromatic use of essential oils can also be effective for unexplained physical problems that are often rooted in past emotional trauma.

Here’s a recipe on taking care of your face . When switching over all my personal care products I wanted to make sure I was not putting on chemicals (which can affect us emotionally, mentally and physically).

Young living doesn’t add chemicals or fillers to their oils, distills only once and makes sure the oils are the highest quality by overseeing every aspect of making these beautiful oils. (Seed to seal). I say that so if you make this face mask with another company’s oil I would check to see what they’re process is to ensure they are high grade oils. Your face is worth it!

Keep the glow of sun-kissed skin all year long with this simple and effective DIY face mask! Frankincense and myrrh are both incredible oils for your skin, especially when used daily. The combination of frankincense, myrrh, honey, organic, full-fat yogurt helps to remove impurities, lock in moisture, and smooth skin tone, leaving you with a healthy glow!

DIY Summer Glow Face Mask:

1 Tbsp raw honey
3 Tbsp plain yogurt
3 drops Frankincense
2 drops Myrrh

Mix ingredients together in a small glass bowl. Cleanse skin with warm water and pat dry. Use a makeup brush to apply the mask evenly to your face, and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse & gently pat dry.

Follow with a moisturizer or CBD Beauty Boost as desired!

It still amazes me the power of these beautiful essential oils! I always bring my oils when I travel and message is out I’m the essential oil lady!! I love that I have these available for a 2 week trip to Egypt.

Interesting 🤔 the oils I’ve shared the most are... peppermint, digize, valor, peace and calming, frankincense, lavender and of course Egyptian Gold. All but the last one are included in the starter kit which is a hell of a deal!
