If you want to be in a good mood then be kind to strangers, every day we meet strangers. If you want to someone to say, "you made my day" then be nice to strangers, keep a smile on your face. If you will be nice to others then the opposite person will also be, if you will behave nicely then the opposite person will feel nice and he/she will tell to yourself “you made my day". And sometimes a stranger can turn to an Angel 👼!

What is Happiness?
Happiness is not the opposite of unhappiness, any more than the blue sky is the opposite of the clouds. Just as the clouds are the veiling of the blue sky, so unhappiness is the veiling of happiness.

When you live quietly and enjoy every moment of your life as it happens, your life automatically becomes more interesting. Additionally, by not paying attention to the small moments in your life, you miss out on a lot of new experiences and life lessons that are important to live happily.

Take a minute or more to make a list of these special people, and note the qualities and characteristics they exhibit that caused you to put them on your list.

On the flip side, note the individuals in your personal and professional communities that cast shadows over your world and reduce your aliveness and life satisfaction. What are their specific behaviors and attitudes that cloud your world?

Here is a little Exercise:
Beyond spending far more time with the first group and less with the second, how can and will you personally bring more sunshine to those around you, for the benefit of all?😊

The Advent season is a four week period before Christmas that celebrates the anticipation and coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. The origin of "advent" is from the Latin word adventus which simply translates "coming" or "arrival".

But the term can be applied to anyone without referring to a specific religion or faith. Maybe you can find some quiet moments where you get closer to your soul, or you may find time to slow down this Christmas season, say "no" to the things that distract you and say "yes" to the gift that shines within the background of our experience.

Peace is the absence of conflict. It is the tranquility of order. Immediately, we must distinguish peace of mind from peace of heart.

Peace of mind is the experience of knowing the truth. Peace of heart is the experience of doing God’s will. There can be no peace of heart unless there is first peace of mind.

Even if we suffer on the journey, we know we will not be swallowed up and that we can stay on course. This is peace. Peace is not the absence of challenges or suffering, it’s the absence of confusion, chaos, conflict, and disorder.
