We had such an amazing time at our All Staff. Not only did we come together as a team, but we also celebrated our staff birthdays 🎉 and took a moment to recognize Jared for Administrator Day, a well-deserved moment to highlight the leadership, dedication, and heart he brings to our team.
And of course… he didn’t disappoint! Jared truly went above and beyond, thinking outside the box, bringing the energy, and even performing a fun “RAP” for the team… yes, complete with a moonwalk! 🕺
Moments like this are what culture is all about. When leadership shows up, gets involved, and creates an environment where work can be both meaningful and fun, it makes all the difference.

One of our patients gave another patient a flower just a small gesture, but the impact was undeniable. It brought smiles, warmth, and a moment of connection that changed the entire atmosphere.

The unexpected gestures that mean everything.

We are so grateful to be in a place where these moments happen… where healing is not just physical, but emotional too.
