Welcome to Fit 4 Life Pilates & Wellness located in the heart of Oceanside, NY in between Frasada Salon & Nathan’s. We are a private boutique-style studio offering an array of services including Pilates Apparatus lessons in a private, semi-private or small group setting. All sessions/classes are done in a clean, beautiful, newly renovated studio with the use of top of the line Pilates equipment. We also offer Massage Therapy services including Swedish, Deep Tissue & Medical Massage/Trigger Point Therapy. A new service just added in 2019 is Rossiter Stretching-an incredible active stretching technique known for restoring mobility while relieving pain.
