RECIPE NUMBER EIGHT:
Lemon Pepper Parmesan Wings
Ingredients:
-1-1.5lbs Chicken Wings
-1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (I get mine in bulk at Sprouts)
-1 Lemon, Squeezed
-1Tsp Garlic, Minced
-1/4 Cup Parmesan, grated
-1/2 Tsp Salt/Pepper (adjust if needed)
-3Tbsp Olive Oil
-1/2 Cup High Heat Cooking Oil
Preheat oven to 375
STEP ONE:
In a large bowl combine, lemon juice, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil. Set aside
STEP TWO:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper and add to the heated oil. Wings should start to fry immediately. Brown both sides of wings (about 3-4 minutes each side), remove from oil, add to the bowl of sauce, give them a nice toss to coat, and place on a parchment lined/greased sheet pan. Pour remaining sauce over the wings and bake for 15 minutes.
STEP THREE:
Add back to the bowl is all remaining juices, add parm and toss. Adjust flavor if needed.
