Sound Meditations by Dennis & Kelly
Dennis Frate has been exploring the healing therapy of sound since 2003. He has since acquired an array of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks and other exotic sound instruments.
In 2011, Dennis was in an ambient musical group called Rainbow Sledgehammer. These band-of-brothers included Dennis’s percussion and Crystal bowls along with skilled guitarist, Ron Franklin, and the haunting sounds of a Didgeri-Doug. They put out 2 albums which can be found on Amazon Music.

In 2018, Kelly Hurley joined Dennis bringing folks together in the pursuit of Sound Meditation. They both studied with acclaimed musician and teacher, Three Trees, of Sedona, AZ. They learned how to work together in harmony as they take you through a sound journey while holding space for your intentions. Dennis’s specialty is understanding the science of sound on the body and brain waves. While Kelly teaches you how Sound allows you to forget the limitations of the 5-senses. It’s in this deep meditative space that you can ask the Co-Creative Energy your heart’s desires.
