As I head out for a month-long spiritual retreat, I have so much gratitude in my heart. 🤍

The last 90 days have been powerful. Thank you to Sam, Kaitlin, Georgia, Victoria, Kaylee, and the entire crew at Coastal Core Pilates for helping me feel strong, aligned, and truly at home in my body.

There’s something so special about being on the same block as our Healing Center… a shared current of energy, movement, and intention. As someone who lives through the lens of Qi, I feel how much vitality you’ve brought to our sweet little corner of the world.

Grateful for the strength, the flow, and this beautiful community. ✨

We are so grateful to have such an incredible team of gifted healers here at Oceanside Healing Center.

Each practitioner brings their own unique presence, skill, and intuitive touch to the work we do. Together, we create a space where healing, relaxation, and genuine care come together in a meaningful way.

Whether you come in for massage, acupuncture, or simply a moment to reset… you are held by a team that truly cares.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be introducing each of these amazing humans individually so you can get to know them a little more personally 🤍

This Sunday is one of my favorite local events of the year.

The 22nd Annual California Native Plant Garden Tour is happening right here in Oceanside—and I’ve attended for the past four years. It’s something I truly look forward to every spring.

There is something so grounding about walking through native gardens… Plants that belong here. That thrive here. That support the birds, the pollinators, and the ecosystem around us.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we talk so much about living in harmony with our environment. This is a beautiful way to experience that—right in our own community.

Today is Earth Day!!
As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I can’t help but see the Earth not as something separate from us… but as part of us.

In TCM, we live in relationship with nature. The same elements that exist in the world—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water—exist within our bodies.

When the Earth is out of balance… we feel it. When we come back into harmony with nature… we heal

This year, I made a small but meaningful shift: I stopped ordering from Amazon.

Less packaging. Less rushing. More intention.

And what I’ve discovered is this: So much of what we need is already right here in our community.

Facebook Marketplace. Buy Nothing groups. Local shops.

Slowing down has brought me closer not only to people… but to the rhythms of nature around me.

Today, I’m spending time appreciating the life on our property— the flowers, the birds, the quiet moments in between treatments.

Healing isn’t just something that happens in the treatment room. It’s something we practice in how we live.
