Serenity Zone is a psychotherapy and stress management practice, comprised of Licensed Psychotherapists, Relaxation Therapists, and Certified Stress Management Coaches. Serenity Zone offers a holistic approach, using techniques such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, and audio-visual stimulation to help reduce stress, eliminate tension throughout the body and achieve a more calm and clear state of mind.
