🕊️ The Art of Dying with Intention
And this is not just for industry pros.
This is also for anyone who:

• is facing a terminal diagnosis — personally or with a loved one
• feels unsure where to turn for support, information, or guidance
• wants to explore death with honesty, beauty, and humanity
The experience will be informative, interactive, and deeply moving, with many layered elements including:

💗I am deeply touched and honored to have been chosen this month to serve as officiant and soloist for two beautiful families—one in Palm Desert and one in San Diego—during some of the most tender moments of their lives.

I had never met either family before. They found me through what they both described as a deep Google search, at a time when they were feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Both shared how difficult it was to find someone offering this combination of presence, care, ceremony, and song—and how grateful they were once they did.

Working with them to honor their loved ones was a profound experience for me. These reviews were completely unsolicited, and reading their words truly brought me to tears. To be trusted in this way, and to know the experience brought comfort, beauty, and peace, is something I hold with deep reverence.
This work matters to me more than I can express. Thank you to these families for allowing me into your stories, your memories, and your hearts. 🕊

🎶🌈I am both a Soloist & All-Faiths Officiant/Celebrant. I can help make a smooth ceremony to celebrate and remember the legacy and life of your loved one that has transitioned. I am non-dogmatic and happy to read any prayers, passages, blessings, poems or anything that is meaningful to you. I can help create a nice welcome for attendees, share an overview of their unique life, coordinate speakers, add songs to the ceremony, and offer a nice closing. This helps keep everything extremely respectful, organized and smooth.

🪷Also, I offer professional sound meditations and Reiki Energy provided by my wife for those at the threshold of life and death as well as offer sound meditation and healing sessions with Reiki for the bereaved or small groups that are supporting a loved one through a terminal diagnosis.

I want to share a deeply meaningful blog that is where my soul is at right now. I want to share this exciting new path I am creating that is entirely unique & profoundly meaningful not only to me, but to the clients I serve. I am very excited to have arrived at this place now and feeling fully aligned!!!

I am realizing that everything is finally coming together in perfect alignment. This has always been my path and destiny towards end-of-life services and explains my early life obsession and experiences around death.

Am I working hard or hardly working? I hardly know… but I do know I finally did something I’ve been meaning to do for a very long time. 🤍

I just launched a new page on my website very specific to:
End-of-Life Services — created for my human family walking through one of life’s most tender & often, most emotionally challenging thresholds.

I’ve been an ordained minister since 2013 mostly for weddings, but I have always also offered funeral services and I support people through:
🌈Funerals, memorials & celebrations of life (officiant + customized ceremony)
​🎤Professional funeral/memorial soloist services (live music woven into the ceremony)
📿Pre-transition support (sound healing + song + gentle ceremony for those nearing transition)
🕊️Grief support (private sound healing to support the loved ones left behind)

Turns out, I’m not JUST a singer as I had previously identified 🎤

Somewhere between singing, toning, leading sound journeys, and weaving together a dozen different instruments—all while channeling the energy of a room—I woke up to a truth I hadn’t claimed before:

🎶 I AM a multi-instrumentalist.
🐙 I AM a multi-tasker (but in my own quirky, magical way).
🌟 And I AM so much more than I ever gave myself credit for.

This blog is part confession, part realization, and part celebration of the expanded version of myself I’m in the process of becoming.

If you've ever felt like you're not doing it right because your path didn’t look like someone else's, this blog might speak to you.

Is there a part of your journey that altered your trajectory and abilities in a way that made you see yourself differently than you had before?

👩🏽‍🎓Maybe you thought you were always a "bad student" but went back and studied something you were passionate about and easily earned A's for the first time in your life!

🪴Maybe you thought you didn't have a green thumb because all your house plants died, but then you started growing succulents and now everyone is asking YOU for advice!

🍰Maybe you thought you couldn't cook, but you found a passion for baking and now everyone is begging you to bring your baked goods to the next holiday gathering!

🏓Maybe you never thought you were good at sports, but now you're regarded as a master of those local pickleball courts!

We evolve, we learn, we grow and we do change and sometimes we don't even notice why, when or how that all shifted.

I used to think I wasn't an instrumentalist, but recently I realized that is no longer true. I just don't play traditional instruments. It's time to shift my perspective to step into my new reality with confidence.
