I have been practicing yoga for 29 years and teaching for 17 years. This year so far has been a very challenging one for teaching yoga. The studio I was teaching at went out of business at the start of the year then I had a bike accident that had me recuperating from fractured ribs from mid January through March. Then the Covid 19 virus stopped all yoga classes.
Until, I can hold public classes again, I am currently streaming classes live on Sunday mornings. If you are interested in joining my private streaming class, send me a message and I will send the details. If you are in a time zone different than California, the classes are recorded and will be available online for viewing at any time.
