During the KidStrong Fall Challenge we teach young kids about anatomy in fun, engaging ways that sets them up for:
✔️ Better body awareness—so they move with coordination and control.
✔️ Future STEAM learning—anatomy is the foundation for science education now and later in school
✔️ Lifelong health—Awareness of muscles, bones and movement can lead to healthy habits that last a lifetime!

Grit is what helps kids keep going when things get tough. It’s the drive to work hard, stick with it and finish strong—even when the challenge feels like it’s too much.

During KidStrong’s Fall Challenge, kids are given opportunities to push their limits in a safe, motivating environment. This allows them to learn that grit isn’t about talent—it’s about consistent effort, the ability to persevere and cultivate resilience.

This week, we’re teaching kids how to:

🏃 Stay motivated in the face of obstacles
🚴 Build confidence through hard work

Hi my name is COACH ANIYAH 😊Here are some things about me!
•I am currently a psychology major at Baruch College.
•I minor in communication studies. I want to use my major to become a social worker or a crime scene investigator.
•My favorite color is blue and green. 💚💙l’m also a daredevil and love a roller coaster! The scarier the better!🎢

•I’ve always loved working with kids and used to tutor math and english. I would also babysit my little cousins and many family friends. 📚

•When I’m not at KidStrong I love to watch criminals minds, supernatural shows, and law and order. I also enjoy hanging out with my siblings and bonding with them. I love playing video games and going out to try new places in my free time. 💞
•My favorite superhero is Spider-Man and Black Widow because they don’t need any real powers to help. They use their physical strength and their commitment to make a change‼️

•My favorite part of the Kid Strong curriculum helping the kids improve themselves in many different ways either physically or mentally.

Kids need challenges to develop essential life skills like resilience, problem-solving, teamwork and confidence. 💪

At KidStrong, we create a supportive environment for kids to try new things, meet new challenges and discover their inner capacity to grow. 🙌

During the Fall Challenge, kids will develop:

⭐ Bravery and Grit: By facing difficult challenges, kids develop bravery and grit to learn how to persevere.
⭐ Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzing, brainstorming solutions and critical thinking
are life skills that translate to the classroom, workplace and beyond.
⭐ Anatomy: Understanding different muscle groups and what they’re used for to build the brain and the body!
