The Client Care Coordinator plays a critical role in fostering positive relationships with clients, understands their needs, and ensures the delivery of high-quality care. This position is responsible for coordinating client care needs, supporting caregiver training and orientation, and ensuring quality service through in-home visits. The role balances in-office responsibilities with direct fieldwork and is essential in maintaining our standards of excellence, especially within high-end senior living communities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Professional presence, especially when working in high-end residential communities.
