In a world that constantly asks you to do more, be more, and prove yourself. Pause and remember this: You are already enough.
You don’t need to earn your worth.
You don’t need to explain your pain.
You are allowed to take up space exactly as you are.

Just because someone seems fine doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling. High-functioning anxiety, depression, and trauma often go unnoticed until they become overwhelming.
Compassion matters... check in on your strong friends, too.

This month, we celebrate 11 years of hope and healing at Crownview.
What began with Dr. Mark Melden and Jeff Klein’s shared belief that people living with severe mental health conditions can recover has grown into a thriving program serving clients at every stage of their journey.
From expanding to four levels of care to opening our newest residential program next month, none of this would be possible without our incredible staff, partners, and community. Thank you for trusting us to do this work. Here’s to many more years of changing lives together.

Mental health affects everyone—but not everyone has equal access to care or support.
July is BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month. BIPOC communities often face unique barriers like stigma, systemic inequality, lack of access, and cultural misunderstanding. This month, we honor the lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and advocate for inclusive, culturally competent mental health care. Mental health support should feel safe, affirming, and empowering no matter who you are.

Conversion Disorder is often misunderstood, but it’s very real and very treatable. When emotional pain becomes too much, the body can respond in surprising ways.
With trauma-informed care and support, healing is possible. Learn more at https://loom.ly/T-H2Ifo

Fireworks and big gatherings are a hallmark of July 4th, a day to honor freedom, independence, equality for men and women, and the sacrifices that made it possible. But for many—especially those in recovery or living with PTSD, anxiety, or sensory sensitivities—this holiday can also feel overwhelming.
Take what you need today, whether that’s quiet moments, setting boundaries, or enjoying time with loved ones. There’s no one “right” way to celebrate.
