So much gratitude for this beautiful reflection and for being part of a growing, heart-led conversation around pet health. 💚
What continues to inspire me most is the community—the practitioners, educators, brands, and pet parents who are willing to ask better questions, share knowledge generously, and support one another in service of healthier animals and humans alike.
True healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we listen, collaborate, and remember that our pets’ wellbeing is deeply connected to our own. I’m honored to be part of this space and to walk alongside so many thoughtful voices who are helping reshape the future of integrative pet health.
Here’s to curiosity, connection, and continued learning together. 🐾✨
2026 is here, and I'm reflecting on the first year of Raw Remedies Podcast. I want to thank you all for your support and your enthusiasm, it means the world to me. This year is going to bring new content, new guests, and a bigger emphasis on human functional health and how our health ties together with our pets' health. I hope you'll stay along for the journey!
If you haven't yet listened and don't know where to start, here are my top played episodes of 2025:
1. Revolutionizing the approach to oral health with Dr. Emily Stein of TEEF for Life - Prebiotic Pet Dental Health
2. Ancestral healing meets modern science with Sean Cahill of Tvati Pet
3. Using herbs, hugging trees, and a natural approach to GERD with Rita Hogan (Canine Herbalist)
4. The incredible link between nutrition & behavior with Dr. Conor Brady (Dogs First)
5. Like heals like: unlocking the ancient art of homeopathy with Dr. Katie Kangas (to put it in perspective, this was the last episode of 2025 yet made it into the top 5; that goes to show how awesome it was!)
