Come join the Let Your Voice Be Heard Community Outreach walk in which we do just that, reach out to the community through a walk. The walk is something that has been done in the past in various neighborhoods such as Pine Hills, Parramore, Carver Shores, Richmond Heights, Rosemont, Washington Shores, Mercy Dr and more. The next Community Outreach walk in the Parramore neighborhood on Saturday, November 21st, 2020 at 12:00pm. Everyone is meeting at ZL Riley Park, located at 619 S. Parramore Ave. Orlando, FL. The Community Outreach walk is a time where we canvass the community and interact with residents in the community and provide them with resources for opportunities , programs, events and services that can be helpful to them. This can vary from advising residents of upcoming community events, mentoring programs for youth, social services that can help residents and more resources that may not have been known to them. We also encourage representatives from mental health organizations, medical and health organizations, non profits tailored to help the less fortunate and concerned citizens that want to help reach out to community members. We also have surveys residents can fill out that will later help pair them with services that may not be available the day of our outreach walk.
