This study confirms what many have suspected—aspartame isn’t as harmless as they claim. Over time, this raises the risk of heart attacks and strokes—the very conditions diet products claim to help avoid.

They pushed artificial sweeteners as a “healthier” alternative, but is it really? Time to rethink that diet soda.
