🗣️ Everyone deserves the right to speak up, be heard, and be part of making decisions about their own life.
As DSPs, we can support this by:
✨ Making communication accessible (words, pictures, devices, whatever works best!)
✨ Taking time to really listen
✨ Encouraging choices, big or small
In September, we are focused on empowering our clients to understand their right to accessible communication and to be part of making plans and decisions about their lives.
