🌿 Greetings everyone, time for a long overdue update! 🌟
My name is Kristopher, and I am the founder of Sacred Grove Sanctuary. We are new to Lake Country and are based in Oconomowoc. It’s exciting to be networking in this vibrant community! 🤝✨
I have spent the last 8 years combining a variety of different techniques to assist my clients with their pain, whether that pain is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
I have studied Eastern and Western methods of therapeutic massage. Integrating Myofascial release, Thai abdominal massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure, cupping, Ashiatsu, and deep tissue that combine to give a true therapeutic massage. 🙌💆♀️
I have also integrated Sound Therapy into my work. 🎶 In my exploration of Sound Therapy, I have found it to be highly effective at relieving anxiety, anger, sadness, and grief. Through intention, we create a sacred container for these emotions to be processed and released. 🕉️😌
I also facilitate Sound Baths, integrating the symphony of healing vibrations into a transformative meditation for individuals, couples, or groups.
With the energy healing side of things, we get into the spiritual. I believe we are divine beings whose very essence is that of health and joy. I call my energy work, Grateful Hands, for me, gratitude is what activates the energetic healing. 🙏✨
All of this combines into what I call the Sacred Grove Sanctuary Revitalization Technique. It is the highest honor to work with each and every one of my clients. I look forward to meeting you! 😇🌌
