Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend — don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour! ⏰

While we gain an extra hour of sleep (yay!), the time change can still throw off kids’ routines.

Try shifting bedtime a little earlier over the next few nights to help them adjust smoothly. 😴

Strokes can happen to anyone, at any age. In fact, globally about one in four adults over the age of 25 will have a stroke in their lifetime. Yet, most adults in the U.S. don’t know the F.A.S.T. warning signs of a stroke, and that stroke is largely treatable if you call 911 as soon as you recognize the symptoms.
