Dr. Traub graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1976 at which time he established Traub Chiropractic Care Center. He has been in practice for over 40 years. He also established Chiropractic Care Centers in the South Central area of Wisconsin and through the years has been instrumental in guiding and mentoring new doctors. Chiropractic Care Centers opened over 20 new offices throughout the area.
His main adjusting techniques are gonstead and diversified which was learned at Palmer College. He has also been trained in many other techniques and uses them when necessary depending on each individual patient needs. He uses a wide range of therapies including ultrasound and electric muscle stimulation.
Dr. Traub has taken the required courses to become certified in Nutritional Counseling which we now offer, along with a wide variety of vitamins and supplements.
One of his philosophy’s is that anyone who is hurting needs to be seen and because of that our patients are usually seen the day they call.
Dr. Nathan Omick is originally from Sullivan, WI. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1995. After three years of service in the United States Navy, he started college in Madison. Following that four years, he attended Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, IA where he graduated in 2005. Dr. Omick has been with our practice ever since.
Dr. Omick employs not only the traditional methods of spinal adjusting, but also various low-force techniques. Nutritional evaluation, muscle rehabilitation and exercise instructions are also a part of his treatment plans.
Dr. Omick’s philosophy revolves around healthy living and above all, prevention. He firmly feels that most of the cases he treats could have been prevented with lifestyle changes to include good nutrition, exercise and proper lifting techniques.
Karen Gould D.C. is a 1986 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Prior to joining Traub Chiropractic in 1993, she was in private practice in North Dakota.
Adjusting Techniques: Manual (with hands) adjusting/manipulation techniques of Gonstead and Diversifed style (Palmer methods). Also uses lighter touch techniques of Activator and Thompson (drop table technique). Decision making is based on patient need and preference.
Extremity adjusting: Dr. Gould is very experienced in treating extremity injuries like heel spurs/plantar fascitis, rotator cuff, and tennis elbow.
Muscle work (trigger point therapy) and muscle stretching are used for many conditions. Dr. Gould does a lot of hands on muscle work during her treatments.
Dr. Gould’s Chiropractic philosophy is to make certain every patient has been instructed in self help strategies like strength and stretching exercises. Along with the strength training recommendations, she also likes to help her patients ‘work smarter’. The exercises and work tips allow patients to reduce the risk of injury recurrence.
Dr. Connor Keating is originally from North Prairie, WI. He graduated from Kettle Moraine High School in 2011. He spent 5 years playing college baseball, finishing up at Wayne State College in Nebraska before starting his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He is a graduate of Palmer graduating in February of 2020. After a 4 month internship with Traub Chiropractic Care Center to finish up his schooling, he joins our team of doctors here to serve you!
Dr. Keating is well versed in the Palmer package of adjusting including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson (drops) and activator. He also uses extremity adjusting, muscle trigger point work and exercises to reach the optimal function of the human body along with nutritional evaluation.
Dr. Keating was drawn to sports rehabilitation department at Palmer where he spent several trimesters studying muscle function and bio-mechanical changes and imbalances that are often found in athletes. He understands the demand a sport or physical fitness takes on your body and is ready to help with performance.
Dr. Keating’s philosophy revolves around his 3 P’s. Prevention, Performance and Pain Free living. Whether it comes down to adjustments, lifestyle or even nutrition changes, give him and inch and he will move you a mile.
As a graduate of Madison College for Massage Therapy, Sara Hogan has a mission to support individuals in achieving their goals of increased relaxation and decrease pain in the body. Her deep Swedish techniques help clients attain balance and well-being. Her touch is intuitive and each massage is tailored to meet her client's individual needs.
Brett Dailey MS ATC/L LMT is here to help you with your biomechanical instabilities. He has been an athletic trainer for 21 years and worked with all levels of athletes from the top down! His massages are more trigger point and muscle specific work rather than your typical relaxing massage, and will leave you feeling muscles you didn’t even know existed! He just joined us officially full time in the fall of 2020 and we are so excited to have him!
