Our wellness center offers a beautiful setting for intimate celebrations, baby showers, bridal showers, and gatherings that matter. This space makes hosting feel simple and unhurried. Floral styling is available through a trusted partner for those who would like an added touch.

We also offer a one-of-a-kind See Your Baby shower experience, where an ultrasound is performed during the celebration, allowing loved ones to share that moment together! ❤️❤️

Motherhood changes everything.

Every other Tuesday, we open our doors to pregnant moms, moms with babies, and moms with kids.
No cost. No expectations. Just community.

Share it with a mom, a friend, a sister or someone who could use a reminder that she doesn’t have to do this alone. 🤍

Starting this Friday, somatic healing yoga ❤️ …for the next 4 weeks (or sign up for 1-3 individual classes), come heal your nervous system with Angie, a physiotherapist and trauma informed yoga instructor. She will lead you through breath work and a healing yoga session.
