Brooke is a registered nurse, mental health advocate, and mother whose life is deeply rooted in both professional and personal experience with OCD and related disorders. Her advocacy work is a reflection of courage, compassion, and relentless hope—for her children, her community, and herself.

Brooke Miller, RN, BSN is a dedicated mental health advocate living with OCD, Anorexia Nervosa, Bipolar II, and Panic Disorder. She is an Advocate, Board Member of , member of the Community Advisory Network, and Lead Presenter for ’s Ending the Silence program. Brooke is also a proud parent to two children navigating their own mental health journeys—her 12-year-old lives with OCD and PANDAS, and her 10-year-old with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and panic disorder.
As a registered nurse, she has cared for diverse mental health populations and brings both professional and lived experience to her advocacy work. She has presented at IOCDF and NAMI conferences, been featured on mental health podcasts, and shares her family’s journey through her blog, smashingstigmas.com, and social media to raise awareness and reduce stigma.
