The clouds were calling to me for one of tonight’s reiki sessions.

Clouds remind us that all thoughts and feelings are temporary. They drift, shift, and pass. They symbolize gentle surrender, helping us release anxiety and return to a state of trust and peace.

The druzy cloud quartz (and a few supporting Crystal characters) needed to surrounding her heart with soft, nurturing energy to ease emotional tension.

When I make time (not nearly often enough) I like to take a page of my journal for gratitude and another page to ask what I need to know right now. I thought this might be a reminder for not just me, but for us all. The life we are building day by day (or often minute by minute in my over busy life) is pretty amazing when we take a moment to thank and think about it. 💗 I hope this rebuilds your confidence in your everyday as it did mine 😘
