I'm excited to announce that I've made the transition to growing and operating True Direction Counseling full-time, and I'm eager to welcome new clients! 🎉

My 8-year journey in a behavioral health setting has been instrumental in shaping my skills as a clinician, and my true aspiration has always been to devote myself to supporting the mental well-being of Lake Country and surrounding communities. This vision led me to establish True Direction Counseling a year ago 🤍

Ever heard someone say “I’m soooo OCD,” referring to how they enjoy symmetry and a tidy space? This is a common OCD misconception thats often fueled by how OCD is portrayed in the media.

Because of these portrayals many people think of OCD as a personality trait rather than a debilitating mental health concern.

🌀It’s stigma that keeps people silent instead of supported
