Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmas, caregivers, and women who spend their lives caring for others. 💜

This photo was taken when I graduated from U.S. Army Drill Sergeant School. My parents were there supporting me then, just like they continue to support me today as I build Senior Helpers of Lake Country.

Looking back, I realize how much of my strength, resilience, and compassion came from my mom’s example throughout my life.

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the people who stand beside us through every chapter.

When it comes to stroke, every second counts. Knowing the signs can make all the difference for your loved one.

🙁 F — Face drooping. Is one side of the face numb or drooping?
💪 A — Arm weakness. Is one arm weak or numb?
🗣️ S — Speech difficulty. Is speech slurred or hard to understand?
🕐 T — Time to call 911. If you see any of these signs, act immediately.
