Tonight was the last class at 💪🏼 🇺🇸 as much as we thought we were “ready” for this, it sure is BITTERSWEET.

We have a tough announcement to make …Patriot Fitness will be closing its doors on Friday, November 22nd. 🇺🇸

We went back & forth with this incredibly hard decision for a long time, but it is what is right for our family.

Owning Patriot Fitness has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives, helping people physically, mentally, emotionally & we have made many great friends in doing so.

We want to thank ALL of you who believed in us & became part of our Patriot Fitness family over the last year & a half. We will never forget you & hope to stay in touch!

11 mile ruck to remember those lives lost on 9/11 🇺🇸

“We ended with a flag folding ceremony for a special flag we carried with us. This flag was flown at the 9/11 memorial on September 22, 2023. Trevor purchased the flag from the 9/11 museum last year when he went on the Old Glory Honor Flight.”
