Just a reminder to our patients. Please make sure that we have your current insurance card. We will verify insurance eligibility the day of your appointment. If it does not pass eligibility, you will be asked to provide us with valid insurance. If you cannot, we will need to pay the private pay rate until you are able to give us a valid insurance card to copy. If you have more than one insurance, please make sure that you let us know which is primary so the claim can be billed correctly. Thank you for allowing us to provide your health care needs. We appreciate you!

As we prepare for Thanksgiving, we first thank our Lord for blessing us with our practice. Secondly, we thank our patients for allowing us to take care of them. We will be closed on Thanksgiving day to give thanks to our Lord while enjoying our family. We will be open regular hours the day after Thanksgiving (8am to noon). We will close at noon on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas day and open the day after Christmas from 8am to noon. We will close at noon on New Year's Eve, closed New Year's Day and open from 8am to noon on January 2, 2026. We hope and pray each of you enjoy your families during these holidays and thank our Lord for all the blessings he has blest us with.
