You might think it’s just a “stressful week”… but your body is reading it very differently. It starts small; from skipping meals, sleeping late, to constantly thinking about the next thing you have to do. Your body doesn’t know the difference between a deadline, emotional pressure, or physical danger, it just knows one thing: stress.
So it responds.

Estrogen and progesterone start to fluctuate, your cycle may feel off, and suddenly you’re dealing with symptoms that don’t make sense: worse cramps, bloating, fatigue, mood swings.
