I said let me share with y'all oh conversationd i was having from Twitter.
Just so no one here is also confused.

Standing, jumping or any physical activity done after s3x is not a form of c0ntrac3ption/family planning.
It will count as physical activity though but you may still get pregnant.

Getting up to go urinate right after s3x is not to prevent pregnancy either. It's just to reduce the risk of urinary tract infection(UTI)/bladder infection NOT s3xually transmitted infections (STI). They are different.

While breakfast skipping may be a way to Jumpstart a weightloss program, the benefits are very little as it only cause minimal weight loss. This weightloss is mostly only seen in those trying it for the first time or who don't skip breakfast regularly. And overtime the is not sustained.

The main problems with skipping breakfast is that it disrupts the body's response to glucose making for higher than normal glucose level. Over time, this leads to increased risk for diabetes and heart disease.

In addition, skipping breakfast increases hunger and so higher chances of snacking or eating more in the day.
