We hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend while also taking a moment to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.
As a reminder, this week marks the final week that Compass Pediatrics will be open. It is also the final opportunity to register your child(ren) as patients at Plum Pediatrics and authorize the transfer of their medical records.
As previously announced, Compass Pediatrics will officially close on May 31, 2025. Beginning June 2, 2025, our providers will continue their work with Plum Pediatrics, located on the west side of Midland, Texas.
We would be honored to continue caring for your children at our new location. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to complete the registration process with Plum Pediatrics by using the link below:

Important Reminders:
If you have already registered with Plum Pediatrics: Please check your email for the HIPAA consent form. This form must be signed and returned to Compass Pediatrics to complete your child's medical record transfer.
If you signed the HIPAA consent form in-office but have not completed registration with Plum Pediatrics, please note that registration is still required to finalize the transition.
If you are unsure whether you’ve completed all required steps, or have not received the HIPAA consent form, please contact us at kword@compasspediatrics.com for assistance.
To ensure a seamless transition of care, we kindly ask that all steps be completed by May 31, 2025.
