Dear Valued Patient,

Recently, several of our patients have received a letter in the mail from his or her insurance stating Odessa Clinic providers will be out-of-network after January 31, 2026. This is incorrect. Your providers will remain in-network beyond January 31, 2026. If you receive a letter stating as such, please disregard the letter.

Insurance companies sometimes send these letters due to internal credentialing updates. Odessa Clinic and OMHC have already confirmed with insurers that this was a mistake.

Unfortunately, this may not be the last time you will get a letter or notification that the provider or organization is not credentialed with a particular healthcare insurance. Please know your providers work hard to stay in-network.

Should you get a future letter or notification like this, call Odessa Clinic or OMHC at (509) 982-2614. Contact the clinic or OMHC to ensure your healthcare insurance is still in network.

Sincerely,

Jace Angelly

Odessa Clinic Manager
