The Family Health Clinic (FHC) is a community-based healthcare program that operates in partnership with Medical Center Hospital, the Ronald McDonald Charities, and the Family Dental Clinic to provide a wide range of healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Odessa and the surrounding communities. The center employs specialists in Pediatrics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Women’s Health, as well as providers from Texas Tech OB/GYN for special cases.

🔵🔵 CODE BLUE LIFE SAVER AWARD 🔵🔵

The Code Blue Committee at MCH is recognizing both the Emergency Department and 5 West (Pediatrics) with the Life Saver Award! 💙🧡

The Code Blue Committee wanted to recognize both departments for their collaboration and hard work toward providing exceptional care for our pediatric patients who require life-saving interventions and critical care. They have worked incredibly hard to update and implement recently newer and safer protocols of care for patients waiting for transfer to a higher level of care after requiring intubation and critical care interventions.

We’re so proud of the Emergency Department, 5 West and all our staff for the life-saving work they do every day here at MCH, especially our youngest patients! 👏🙏
