Why did you choose our Family Medicine program?
I was looking for a program that could mold me into the physician I aspire to be, and I found exactly that here. The supportive learning environment, combined with a strong sense of community and genuine teamwork among residents and faculty, makes this place exceptional. Every day in training reaffirms that I made the right choice, as I'm surrounded by colleagues whose unique strengths are recognized and valued.
Favorite part of training here?
My favorite part of the program is the profound sense of belonging and the family-like connection among residents and staff. The faculty and staff are incredibly approachable, making it a wonderful place to learn and grow.
What kind of physician do you hope to be?
I’m working toward becoming a family physician who provides patient-centered and continuous care. For me, it’s all about tailoring medicine to each person’s unique life story and values.
I always remind myself that what we do is a privilege. People let us into the most intimate aspects of their lives, and it's an honor to guide them through it
When I’m not at the hospital, I’m usually recharging with family and friends. I love cooking and sharing my favorite Nigerian dishes. I’m also a huge sports fan—you’ll often find me following or playing soccer!
If I weren't a doctor, I'd probably be a professional soccer player or a chef! ⚽️👨🍳
We appreciate all the effort and positivity you bring each day. We’re so grateful to have you on our team!🙌
