Express Nursing provides rehabilitation services in the patient’s own home. We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Our services include building a tailored plan with your physician, to improve safety, independence, and quality of life so the patient can remain at home safely and as independent as possible, while regaining strength and mobility.
