Located at 609 Golf Street, Odessa Health Care Center is managed by Reliant Care Management Company, LLC and is committed to providing quality care in a compassionate, dignified manner.

Their mission centers on serving both the elderly and adults with mental health diagnoses, offering comprehensive medical and psychiatric support in a respectful, team-based environment. Services include bariatric care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, case management, psychiatric care, and much more—all delivered with 24-hour professional nursing care.

They accept a variety of payment options including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care PPO, hospice coverage, and private pay.
